About Us
Peninsula Renovation & Extensions group has been operating for 2 years, servicing the Mornington Peninsula and beyond. We specialise in renovations to existing houses, dwellings, units, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, and also extending existing houses. We also have a subsidiary business that focuses on Commercial tiling.
Recently with the new Victorian Government legislation change, we've had a strong demand for adding a self contained or joint granny flat to blocks of land (requiring the total build size to be < 60m2 to qualify without needing a council permit and lengthy delays).
